Mushrooms, Good Or Bad To Eat?

Mushrooms growing in my lawn and flower beds. How can I tell which are edible or not.

It's not likely anything growing in the lawn is edible. Also, it is very difficult to tell the good ones from the bad ones without a lot of research. There are many that are very similar and a poisonous mushroom could be mistaken for a nonpoisonous one.
