Mulberry tree

The tree is healthy and has lots of fruit, but they all drop off before they are ripe.

This can happen for a few different reasons. Mulberries tend to grow best near bodies of water, and are shade tolerant. The area around the tree should stay somewhat moist for best fruiting.
