Moving Rose Of Sharon To A Different House

I have some Rose of Sharon that were given to me by my dad years ago. He’s gone now and I want to move a few of them from our main home to our lake home. What is the best way to do this? The lake home is 2 1/2 hours away.

There are two ways of going about this. You can attempt to move the shrub, or you can take a cutting of the shrub. This cutting will be the exact same thing, but smaller, until the shrub grows back to full size.
