Q.Moving My Crepe Myrtle

Anonymous added on July 21, 2011 | Answered

Could you please tell me when would be the best time to transplant my crepe myrtle bushes? I have two in the back drive that won’t bloom. I live in southern West Virginia, McDowell Co. I live in the most southern tip.

Transplant crepe myrtle while dormant, or sometime in the middle of winter. As for gardenia propagation, here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/gardenia/propagating-gardenias.htm

I would recommend early Spring. That way it has all Spring and Summer to put down good roots.
