Moving a Rose Plant

Rose plant in pot, would like to transfer to ground. When is the best time to do this? Plant is young and was healthy in summertime. I live in north Florida – mild winters.

You can move the rose to its chosen spot in the ground anytime. Water it in with some water with root stimulator and some Super Thrive added to the water as well, once you have planted it. Add a couple tablespoons of super phosphate or bone meal to the soils at the bottom of the planting hole. This all helps get the root system going well. The Super Thrive helps with the transplanting shock.
