Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am growing mixed kinds of morning glories in my yard. Why do some have vigorous vines and no flowers, while others have rather slight vines, yet beautiful flowers? These are planted 4′ apart in the same bed with identical growing conditions. They have full sun and adequate water. What am I doing wrong? Is there anything I can do to encourage the ‘flowerless’ ones to bloom?

Your soil may be lacking phosphorous in some areas. Without enough phosphorous, plants cannot bloom. Add some bone meal to the soil around the plant to add phosphorous. Here is more information:
