Morning Glory Plants

Morning Glory Plants

Karen Wzorek added on June 15, 2016 | Answered

I planted morning glory seeds in a hanging basket and, although they have sprouted, they seem to be growing very slowly. It is June 16 in southeastern Wisconsin. Should I have used Miracle Grow potting soil? I just used black topsoil?
