My mondo grass is all brown, looks like is mildewed. What is wrong?

Pruning can take place in late winter to early spring. You can cut the old grass down to make room for the new shoots.
Generally you can cut to about 3 inches in height. You may be seeing new grass growing in.
A slow release balanced fertilizer can help with color on a Mondo Grass, apply in spring and summer.
