mint

Question

I bought chocolate mint and orange mint. I am in zone 7, Raleigh, NC.
the nursery said to plant in shade, but internet says plant in sun. very confusing.
which is best.

If you want a lots of mint then full sun. If you don't want it out of control then shade.
