Meyer lemon tree

Something is chewing the leaves on my daughter's lemon tree. Any idea what would do this? What can be done about it?

Many different insects could be causing the damage.

I would treat with Neem OIl.
Make sure you spray both the top and undersides of the leaves.

Neem Oil is safe for people and pets!
