What is “citrus fertilizer”? Is this the best thing to use with potted Meyer Lemons? Also, when should I fertilize and how often? Thank you.

Commercial fertilizers labeled as "citrus fertilizer" may have varying compositions, but you can check the N-P-K rating of any fertilizer as described here:
