I live in San Antonio Tx, and I have a Meyer Lemon and a Valencia Orange Tree in large pots. When is the best time to replant the tree into the ground?

Plant Meyer lemon and Valencia orange trees in late February to early April or late September to early November. Choose a sunny spot with well-draining soil, water consistently, letting it dry out in between waterings, and protect from frost suring the worst part of winter. Ensure proper spacing, mulch to retain moisture, and fertilize in early spring and summer with a citrus fertilizer to make it a little easier. Prune to shape and remove dead branches when you do.

I would keep in mind that because you are on the line of where these tress survive, you may find that some years will be pretty rough on them during the winter.
