Maple Trees & their Seed Droppings

My Healthy trees are dropping smaller (boomerang-helicopter) shaped seeds now than when they were younger. From / tip to tip they are now about 1″ apart when they use to be / 1.5″ up to almost 2″ apart. Is this a sign I should be aware of? One Tree is about 40 years old as the others are maybe 25-30 years old. We are Here in Cambridge, Ontario .

Unfortunately the seeds are part of the process of your Maple Trees life cycle.

You can consult an Arborist to have the tree treated with hormones to curb the production of seeds.
