Male Sago Palm Coning

Question

I’ve read it would cone every 3-4 years but my male sago is producing cones yearly now. Is this normal?

I checked several sources and only one mentioned the frequency of blooms (besides our 3-5 years). It said about every 3 years but can be more frequent if you have a "prosperous" cycad. So I'd say you have a prosperous Sago palm.
