Q.Male Kiwi has not flowered for 6 years

Zone 3892 | Anonymous added on November 15, 2019 | Answered

Should a male kiwi plant be replaced if it hasn’t produced any flowers for 6 years? I have a friend who comes and takes some of my male flowers to pollinate the female flowers of their vine. If the female plant is successfully producing flowers, why isn’t the male?

There are quite a few reasons why a kiwi would fail to flower, depending on the variety. This article will give you more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/kiwi/kiwi-plant-not-flowering.htm
