Making organic fungicide

How much vegetable oil and dish washing soap can be added to 1 gal. of water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda in order to make organic fungicide?

I actually recommend peroxide over baking soda. Do one part peroxide to 2 parts water. Baking soda contains quite a bit of sodium which can be toxic to plants if used too much. Peroxide is a much safer alternative. You can add up to a teaspoon of dish soap to a gallon of water, but you usually won’t even need that much.
