making manure tea

Question

I found the article interesting but at the end it says “strain the liquid and dilute it” but it doesn’t give the ratio to which the fertilizer should be diluted. I would appreciate clarification because that was the reason for looking for help from Google.

I good ratio is 1 cup tea to 1 gallon of water.
