Q.making a rubber tree plant spread out

Anonymous added on September 19, 2015 | Answered

My rubber tree plant is simply growing straight up and I want it to fill out more, so it’s “bushier.” How do I do that? Most info is on how to trim back – not my issue.

You can cut the top of the plant to encourage branching. Here is more information on pruning rubber plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/rubber-tree/prune-rubber-tree.htm
