Q.Majesty Palm Are Pale Green With Brown Spots. They Don’t Look Healthy. What Can I Do?

I have flushed the plants as I was told too much fertilizer, they face north east. I gave them epson salts for plants, did not seem to help. Please help me. They just look terrible. What can I do to revive these plants? These are indoor plants @ City Hall. I don’t have a picture @ this time as I am home & the plants are @ City Hall. I water & maintain these plants & 128 more once a week.

Unfortunately, without photos it would be near impossible to say what is wrong with them. Problems can range from improper watering, infection, nutrient deficiency or toxicity, humidity problems and many more factors, depending on the appearance and placement of the spotting.
