majestic palms White spots

My indoor Majestic palm has a lot of small white spots on it. I looked at the picture at fungi, and the spots were way too big. I’m experiencing a lot (hundreds) of small spots about the size of ball point pen head, and smaller.

It is palm scale. Neem oil is a good treatment. These articles should help:
