MAGNOLIAS

We have on the property we just moved to a HUGE ancient magnolia and it is not blossoming. Also it has years of accumulated leaves under it. Any suggestions?

You should definitely clean up any debris around the tree. Pests and diseases can breed in dead leaves and other garden debris. This article may help with the blooming problem:
