Magnolia Trees

Question

My magnolia is in a large pot I’ve had it 3 years and the first 2/ it had a lot of flowers on it . This year I’ve only had 2/ flowers . Please advise

It sounds like it is in need of feeding! This is especially true if the tree has not been fed since it was placed.

Trees in container feed very slowly, so slow release fertilizer is the way to go. I would apply this once per year.
