Q.Magnolia tree roots
There is a rather large Magnolia tree growing outside of my condominium. It is approximately 30 to 40 feet tall. I am wondering if the tree could be responsible for the cracks in my garage floor which is made of cement.

It certainly is possible. Ask your condo association management to arrange an inspection. If the tree is in common area then the management should take responsibility for damage and repairs.
