Q.Madagascar jasmine seed pod

Zone pensacola, Florida | bon5 added on March 12, 2016 | Answered

I have a seed pod on a Madagascar jasmine that I bought at local store and planted in my garden. The seed pod is a bit larger than an avocado but I do not know how long it has been on the plant. I would like to start another vine with this pod but I am not knowledgeable as to how to do this. If someone could tell me how to prep the pod for replanting I would appreciate the help.

Thank you
