We planted a lupine in Spring, but it doesn’t doing very well at all. But no instructions came with it. Does it need a sunny location or a shady location,and is it too late to revive it? What do you advise. Thank you.

Lupines are so pretty, sadly they don't do well in my zone 4 garden.
