Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comJust wondering whether I should remove the head of this lupine and see if it flowers properly again or do I leave it like this and see what happens? Looks like the flower is only half emerging?

It does look like the flower bud has been damaged, so the bud will not recover. If you remove it now, there is a good chance that the plant will produce a second bud to replace the first one.
