Luber grasshoppers

HELP! The Luber grasshoppers are eating up my flowering hibiscus
You can’t kill these bugs.
Our home is in Spring Hill Florida (34606) in Tampa Bay
We get full sun and lots of rain in summer
in winter no rain and cooler air
