losing leaves on my trumpet vines

Why are the leaves of my trumpet plant turning yellow and falling off the bottom half of the plant? Plants get full sun all day.

Yellowing leaves is an indication of plant stress, such as overwatering or pests. I would check the soil to make sure that it’s not too moist. Also, check for any insect pests.
