Loosing leaves on a camellia

My camellia had abundant flowers this spring and looked very healthy,but now is loosing an lawful lot of green leaves,it is well watered,can you help as I really don’t want to lose it,it is by the way in a large container.

Leaf drop can be associated with disease or pests.
Make sure the soil is well draining.
