Q.Looking for water tolerant plants to replace Emerald Green Arboritae “Smaragd”

trying to replace low maintenance shrubs that were destroyed in the hurricane.
They will need to be tolerant of a rain drainage runoff.

You may want to start with a soil test and check the drainage quality of your soil for the most success with new plantings.
Your County Extension office can help you with a soil tests. They also will have a list of plants specific to your region.
