Q.Looking For Privacy Hedge Or Tree.

Zone Los Angeles | Anonymous added on July 22, 2021 | Answered

Hello I’m looking for privacy on about a 40’in length and 3-1/2′ wide. I’m looking to get a tree or hedge that roots will not ruin or disrupt the wall that I share with my neighbors and the cement that runs parallel with that that wall and in-between is where I have that 40’x 3-1/2′ bed. I’m hoping for a zone 10 plant that will grow 8′ to 12′ in height and about 3′-4′ wide. Thank you for any help

Sure! Anything for zone 9 and up will be best for your area. It is always a good idea to plan for a zone down, since the slightest abnormally cool weather can take a toll on more sensitive plants.
