Looking for a Shrub That Gets No Bigger Than 3ft Wide & 6ft High

Must stay green or any other color year round that will survive in central New Jersey and get full sun 6 or more hours a day. Flowering would be nice.

boxwood, compacta holly (will need yearly pruning), upright yew Hicksii, Plum yew, nandina domestica (selective pruning yearly), ivy on box frame…
