Q.Looking after roses in autumn
I am a first year gardener. I have two roses in my small garden, one of them was growing intensively recently after almost completely changing its leaves to new ones.
I was told that at some point in autumn I should shorten roses’ branches to enable them to grow better next season. At present my roses have quite a few buds coming out and I am not sure if they are going to turn into flowers since it is quite cold outside now. (See please pictures in the attachment).
Could you advise me please when and how should I shorten my roses’ branches.
