Q.Long sprouted potatoes

Do you cut them off before planting or what, and will they still grow?

You plant the potatoes (with the sprouts still attached) into your garden. When you plant them, make sure the sprouts are facing up and be careful not to break the sprouts off in the process. They will grow!
