Locating an 8×6 foot wooden regulated construction in a garden

Question

I have an 8ft by 6ft (2.4m x 1.8m) wooden constructed building from a national company and constructed to their instruction. It is set on a 4 inch concrete base over its under area on a flat base. It is 1.8 meter in height
Are there any regulations which restrict its location at the post code of TR14 7BT. It is not blocking any public or private access.
