Q.little worms in bing cherrys

How do I prevent those little black worms in my bing cherries, my whole crop was not eatable lat yer, first time for this .The tree is probably 25 years old, never been sprayed.

There are two insects that are the likely culprits. The Spotted Wing Drosophila and the Western Cherry Fruit Fly.
