Ants eating strawberries

I’m growing a strawberry plant in a strawberry pot. The plant has produced several strawberries already, but I’ve only eaten one. Tiny ants have devored all the rest. How do I get rid of the ants?

Typically, ants are not a threat to the garden but are instead attracted to the honeydew secretions left behind from certain pests, like aphids. Of course, they may also be attracted to rotting or sugary fruits. Cornmeal is often used in home remedies for treating ants. You may also want to treat the plant with neem oil, which is safe to use. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm [3]
