Lime Trees

I am growing a lime tree in a container and it is doing very well. It has tons of flowers on it. After the flowers fall off, there is a little green tip. . . is that the lime?

Also, some of the top branches have some leaves that are way bigger than the rest of the leaves. Do I pluck these out, and what are they?

Yes, you should see the beginning of a small green fruit forming from the flowers, which will eventually drop off, leaving the fruit to develop. As for the larger leaves, do not cut them. As long as the plant is healthy looking and producing well, I would suggest leaving it alone. Larger leaves will not hurt the plant.
