lime trees were full of blossoms but fruit was negligible

I have about 800 lime trees, more than 10 ft high and about 7 years old. Since last two years, these are full of blossoms but in 2011, only 400 kg of lime and this year only 680 kg of lime. I took care of watering, fertilizer, etc. but unable to know the reason of blossoms falling/convesion to fruit. My trees are in District Multan of Pakistan, where weather is dry and warm almost for more than 7 months.

It is possible that your tree is aborting its fruit due to an over abundance of fruiting. This is normal and the reason why thinning is often performed on fruit trees. Issues with pollination may also be to blame.
