Lime Trees

Question

Can you please tell me what variety of lime will be the best to plant in the Lowveld Area (The Tzaneen Area SA)? When will it be the best time to plant?

Given your conditions, I would reccomend either a Key lime or an Australian Desert lime. With your temperatures, any lime would really work provided that you could get water to it. In my research though, it appears your area of the world has dry spells and these 2 limes are somewhat drought tolerant, though they will need some water during the dry season.
