Q.Lime Tree Problem

limeman added on May 21, 2011 | Answered

My lime tree is in full sun, sandy soil. The water never pools around the tree. It blossomed and had little bb size limes but now the branches are turning brown, dying back and losing the little limes. What is the problem?

There are several things that can cause this, everything from fungus to pests to weather. I would try treating the tree with neem oil. That will treat for both fungus and pests, which are the two most likely culprits.
