Lime /Lemon Trees

Question

I have one each lime and lemon trees. Last year they had a lot of blossoms and fruit and then a frost hit and did away with the fruit and blossoms. This year no blossoms or fruit. I have also had a problem with some kind of bug laying eggs on the leaves then they separate and curl. What do I need to do ?

Had the same problem with leaves curling and larvae on them I sprayed the leaves with alcohol
