Lily plant

My Lily plant is losing its leaves. Leaves are yellow and turning brown. From a full lily it is down to 2 leaves and no more flowers. What have I done wrong and how can I save it?

I’m unclear of the variety of plant you are referencing, but generally yellowing leaves could indicate a watering issue.
