Q.Lily Offshoots?

HI- My lilies don’t seem to be as healthy this year as in years past. The clump on the right is usually how they look for late May in NH and historically, I’ve had three clumps. Can you tell me if the plants in the middle are off-shoots of the lily bulbs? The leaves are different. Should I pull these out or can they be transplanted? Thanks for any help you can provide in getting these plants healthy again.

It looks like both the lilies in the center and the daylilies on the outside are reproducing. The daylilies on the left may be thinning. I would dig those up and divide just to invigorate them. These articles should help:
