Lilies of valley

My lily of the valley plants have turned yellow/brown over the past two weeks. I live in the greater Cincinnati, OH area. I don’t remember this occurring before fall in years gone by. Are my lilies okay? Should I do anything? Thank you!

Are there brown or yellow spots on the leaves? Has there been a change in watering?
