Question

I would like to ask how do you collect lettuce seeds and where do you find them? Also, if I cut the leaves off the lettuce and leave the root in the ground, will it seed?

If you allow the plant to flower, it will produce seedheads from the spent blooms, from which you can harvest the seeds and save for next season. It will only produce seed if allowed to flower, however.
