Lemons, When Do You Plant

When do you plant lemons? I’m planting in Arizona. How long does it take?

The best time for planting trees is in early spring or fall. Make sure to give the tree plenty of water for the first few months while it gets established.

If you mean how long does it take to get fruit, you can expect the first fruit in about 3-4 years (assuming you buy a standard 1-3 year old tree to plant) and full production in about 6 years.
