Lemon Tree

Question

I have a lemon tree I grew from a seed. I am not sure what type it is as it came from a seed. Summer is over now so it has to come inside the house. I had it for about 4 years. I would like to know what type it is and what does it need to grow better. I gave it some Miracle Gro in the summer to help it. I changed the soil about 5 months ago. I know my tree may never grow lemons but I like having my tree. It looks nice. I plan to upload a photo of my tree very soon.
