Q.Leggy Thin Tomato Plants

Zone Laurel md | Anonymous added on July 11, 2021 | Answered

My tomato & pepper plants are thin & leggy, with few leaves. Don’t look full & healthy. I’m watering every other day & have fertilized them with as noted on the bag. Also, they are planted in a brand new planter we built this year with fresh top soil & soil amender… should be great medium for veggie plants. not sure what’s wrong.

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. This can indicate that they do not get enough sun, or that they are too cramped in container.
