Q.Leaves yellow with black spots on lower bottom
Roses
It is fairly common to have the lower leaves turn yellow and fall off the bush, the lower leaves get shaded by the upper and more vigorous foliage. Thus they become less useful to the overall plant and are allowed to die back and fall off. The black spots could be the black spot fungus attacking those leaves because they are week but could be a sign of the black spot fungus starting to attack the bush as well. So I am attaching the links to a couple articles I wrote for your informational purposes : https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/yellow-rose-leaves.htm and this one: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/black-spot-roses.htm
